How big is your team?
We are currently a team of 12
What does your wedding package include?
Depending on your budget, a typical 2 and half day wedding package for both sides may include Photography, Contemporary video, and Canvera albums.
What equipment do you use?
We are a Cannon exclusive team and only use the best Cannon gear for both photography and video.
Can I get a full dump of all the photos taken?
Any Raw data if provided will be done so at an extra cost after all payments are cleared.
Do you retain the copyright and usage rights to the photos?
We own the copyright and reserve the right to use the photos to promote our own work on our Website, in publications, and social media. We will not sell the images or use them for commercial Gain. You will have full usage and printing rights on your images and can use them in any manner, as long as it is not for commercial gain.
How many photos will I get?
Each assignment is different and we cannot promise a certain number of photos beforehand. Rest assured that you will receive all good photos whether 100 or a 1000.
I have Posing for Pictures. Do I have to Pose?
Our style is all about capturing the REAL you and the Joy of your wedding day. But sometimes we composed some pose to make a best story.
How many bookings do you take in a day?
We take up to 2 bookings on the same dates. Please call us to confirm our availability for your Dates even if it shows as booked in the calendar above.
Are your prices negotiable?
The initial quotation we send you is negotiable to an extent and we do give away special offers and Discounts from time to time.
Do you charge extra for out-station assignments?
We don’t charge extra if there is a gap of day between your events but if you ask us to Shoot on that day, you will be charged by the hour.
What kind of payment modes do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cheque, bank transfer, credit card, debit card and Online Payment options like Gpay, PhonePe, etc.
In cases that events exceeds the time we agreed upon, will those extra hours be charged?
Generally we give 1-2 hours grace time. After that we charged extra.
Where are you based and do you charge for travel?
We are based in Kolkata. Travel charges are usually separate from the quotation we send you. We travel via Ac 2 tier or via flight depending on the location of your event.
What is your payment structure?
25% at the time of booking, 60% on the day of the event, and final 15% at the time of Album Printing.
When Can I expect to the get photos/videos and album?
You will get your final photos within 4 weeks and video in another 2-4 weeks. Once you have selected the photos for the album, it should arrive at your doorstep within 2 weeks.
How early do I book your service?
We book on a first come-first serve basis. If your wedding is on a popular date, we highly recommend approaching us at least 6 months in advance.
